A reconstructed and widened Nicholson Avenue will fully reopen by Nov. 9, a little later than initially thought.
The delay is due to recent weather delays and extra work to complete the laying of new asphalt. Paving was completed on Thursday, but remaining work includes pavement marking and signage, energizing the street lights, and sod installation.
