The suspect in Sunday’s suspected homicide has been identified as 28-year-old Joshua D. Wollinger.

Police allege Wollinger killed 47-year-old Richard Ostrowski in an apartment in the 1000 block of Milwaukee Avenue. Wollinger, apparently intoxicated and covered in blood, was arrested in the apartment.
