It came down to the mayor breaking a tie vote, but the Oak Creek City Council decided to move ahead with putting its City Hall and library at the former Delphi site on Howell and Drexel Avenues.

    Wow. I can’t believe OC didn’t put this to a referendum. This is going to make Rockettown’s $42 million high school price tag seem like peanuts. Wait for the screaming from the West once they get their tax bills and let’s find a way to lure these overtaxed property owners to SM.
