From the South Milwaukee Police Department …
On 12/11 at about 705 am, while in the area of 15th and Rawson, a juvenile female was walking when a car pulled up next to her. The car was occupied by a heavy set white male subject approximately 40 years old with dark hair in a buzz cut style. The car was in a four door white sedan, and when the female looked into an open car window, she could see that the male subject had his pants pulled down and his genitalia were exposed. The female ran away and was not pursued. The white four door was last seen traveling south bound on 15th Ave. from Rawson. The police have not yet located the male subject or his car.

We are posting this information as a precaution to our families as the safety of our students is our number 1 priority. This morning, a male in a small, white 4-door vehicle approached a middle school student in a lewd and improper manner near 15th Ave and Rawson Ave. The middle school student arrived to school safely and reported the incident immediately. The South Milwaukee Police Department has issued a watch and additional patrols in this area. The police department will continue to investigate this situation. Please talk with your children about personal safety routines while walking to and from school.
