We honored Kris Schell, the now-retired director of Human Concerns, at Tuesday’s Common Council meeting, and I was proud to be a part of it.
Kris, a lifelong resident of South Milwaukee, has been a great asset to the community with her tireless efforts in promoting Human Concerns and working with the community to help countless families in need throughout the years.
I wish Kris the best in her retirement.
