Gov. Scott Walker has ordered that U.S. and state flags be flown at half-staff to recognize the passing of former state legislator Richard Grobschmidt.
It’s a terrific honor, and very fitting for this community icon.
Thank you to Gov. Walker for deciding to do this, and to state Sen. Chris Larson for working with the governor’s office to make this happen.
