The South Milwaukee Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the four (4) persons and vehicle depicted in the contained video in relation to a substantial battery which took place at 1123 Milwaukee Avenue in South Milwaukee, reported to the SMPD at approximately 2:48AM on Sunday Nov 1, 2015.
