Two Challengers in 21st Assembly Race

It looks like there will be a primary in the 21st Assembly District.

Two Democratic challengers — John Redmond of Oak Creek and Frank Disco Gratke of South Milwaukee — are vying for the opportunity to face incumbent Republican Rep. Jessie Rodriguez in the November 8 general election.

The primary will be August 9.

There are also Democratic primaries shaping up for the U.S. Senate and House.

Here is a rundown of all contested local races, and here is the Government Accountability Board list of candidates.

Look for more information on the candidates as the elections near.
