it should be moved back to sunday from 2 to 4 it would be safer and more people would be able to go

Just wanted to say that we had the best time trick or treating in our new neighborhood. Everyone was so kind to our first time trick or treater, and one special neighbor gave a Hot Wheels mini Batmobile in lieu of candy, which he fell asleep holding! (We were all dressed as super heroes)
