Hello Erik Brooks, I’m commenting on one of your posts because I have an idea for you on the shops, restaurants, and other things you should put in South Milwaukee. People today want shops/restaurants that have a brand name and are well known to people. There are a lot of open spaces downtown because most of the stores/restaurants are mainly unknown to the general public and people dont go there or want to try out something new. For example Planet Fitness on South Chicago Ave is doing extremely well. There are a lot of people going there everyday. Planet Fitness is known to people across the United States. Most independent stores in South Milwaukee have closed due to lack of business. Thankfully there are some independent stores/restaurants in South Milwaukee that are doing good, but i think there should be some well known stores/restaurants in South Milwaukee. Thank you
