What is going to happen on Nicholson? There are big signs near Rawson, Michigan and Milwaukee saying road construction starts 6/11. Are they adding another stop light at Milwaukee Ave?

Bump outs are intended to improve pedestrian safety by extending the curb out into intersections, forcing vehicles to slow down and widening their approach while turning.
But opponents say they can actually create a threat to safety by blocking intersections for fire trucks and emergency vehicles trying to make it through, especially when traffic is heavy. Will snow plowing be made more difficult?
