The South Milwaukee Downtown Market kicks off its 11th season today, with dozens of vendors — including some exciting new ones in 2019 — setting up shop on 11th and Milwaukee Avenues.
Combine weekly live music with the street market and you have one of the coolest events in the area — something our entire city should be proud of.
And it happens every week! Hours are 3 to 7 p.m. each Thursday through Oct. 10.

Sorry, No food trucks at the market. The Food Truck festival is run independently by the General Mitchell Rotary Club. Cheers!
