On Thursday, August 15th, shots were fired in South Milwaukee, near the intersection of 10th and Milwaukee Avenue. No one was struck by the gunfire but investigators from the South Milwaukee Police Department have identified a 36-year-old man who was responsible for the incident. Dustin Benn was taken into custody on October 24th and has been charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
